Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (€12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over €50
  • Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/customized items

All other products in our collection (Basic T-shirts, Poloshirts met lange mouwen, Slim-Fit Polo’s) can be returned if they meet our return conditions.

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

  1. Submit a Request
    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following return form:

    Subject: Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]

    Dear Shirt Vorm team,

    I would like to return/exchange the following product (cross out what doesn’t apply):

    Order Number: [Your order number]
    Name: [Your full name]
    Product Name: [e.g., Basic T-shirt black size M]
    Return Reason: [e.g., Wrong size, product defect]

    I confirm that the product is unworn and in its original condition with all tags.

  2. Receive Return Label
    After approval, we’ll email you a return label.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Carefully package the item and attach the return label to the package.
  4. Processing
    Once received, we’ll inspect the product and process your return within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Clearly indicate which product you’d like to receive instead. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either send you a payment link or refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the Netherlands:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Ship using a traceable method and keep your shipping receipt
  • Clearly mark the RMA number we provide on the outside of the package
